As the CEO of Gurus, I am delighted to welcome you to our website. Our journey began in 2019 with just one employee and a single client in a modest office on the second floor of a rented house. Senior Clinical Data Manager (Relocation Opportunities)

Description

Gurus team is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to take charge of the complete management of data services for both single and multi-service projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data that meets client and project specifications. The Senior Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for guiding the CDM team in project planning, execution, and closure, as well as managing communications and milestone delivery.  The position requires strong compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable regulatory guidelines, SOPs and any relevant CDM documentation.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of Data Management (DM) services with full responsibility, applying deep technical knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and the successful delivery of data management solutions. If there are any unresolved data management issues, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to find solutions.

Description

Gurus team is currently looking for an experienced Senior Statistical Programmer, who will supervise the data preparation and analysis of clinical studies. The role involves creating datasets, tables, listings, and figures based on project specifications, and carrying out the programming necessary for the successful completion of studies. 

Job responsibilities

  • Document, track, and resolve issues such as data issues, timeline issues, and statistical methodology issues in support of clinical studies.
  • Perform statistical procedures with t-test, chi-square test, survival analysis, linear analysis utilizing PROC PHREG, PROC LIFETEST, PROC GLM, PROC MIXED, PROC NPAR1WAY, and PROC TTEST.
  • Develop and enhance SAS macros for statistical analysis output generation.
  • Produce tables, listings, and figures according to SAP and Data Specifications.

This role involves managing and assisting with data management tasks such as database setup, creation of edit checks and SAS listings, data transfer, reconciliation, data cleaning, database locking, and archiving, as well as data coding. Additionally, they will be preparing and reviewing Data Management (DM) documentation, including client status reports, while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies, and relevant CDM documents.

Job responsibilities

  • Handle the tracking, cleaning, reconciliation, and coding of study data; work closely with team members to ensure data is managed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards. In addition, carry out data cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Support the Clinical Data Manager (CDM) team in the supervision and execution of various data management activities, including database setup and data transfer.

Gurus team is currently looking for a Junior Statistical Programmer, who will support the data preparation and analysis of clinical studies. Job responsibilities

  • Perform data conversion between datasets with two different formats according to conversion requirements/specifications.
  • Convert from Excel data records to SAS datasets, non-CDISC compliant datasets to CDISC compliant datasets.
  • Assist in developing SDTM data mapping.
  • Program SDTM and ADaM datasets according to the redefined specifications.
  • Generate complete and accurate statistical tables, listings, and graphics (TLGs) in accordance with Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and well-defined formats.

We are actively looking for dynamic and dedicated team members to play a key role in supporting our office operations. You will be responsible for screening phone calls, managing all internal and external correspondence, and coordinating office supplies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Job responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and a well-organized work environment.
  • Ensure cleanness and tidiness of the office with tight collaboration with cleaners, gardeners and inform any problems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, if required.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Monitor and update training participants attendance list during training period and submit to trainers and ensure effective communication with training participants.
  • Manage emails and all incoming and outgoing letters and any other form of written and verbal communication to third parties.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Coordinates logistics with hotels, transportation companies and partners.
  • Assist in organizing events, business lunches, and other meetings.

Office Procurement:

  • Keep track of inventory and order office supplies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all new office equipment is updated as well as the changes are up to date.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant work experience is advantageous.
